Taking the next BIG step of our dream

When I started this blog in 2012 the title 'A Country Life for Us," was about our wish to live a simple quiet life away from the chaos and crowds found nearly everywhere these days.  It was also a way for us to share our desire of raising a family, and having children, specifically by means of adoption.
 In that last six years many things have changed, but our dream of living a 'country life' has not been one of them.  With this in mind; we sold our home of eight years in December 2016.  We wanted a home with acreage for animals and space.  After searching for over a year we finally found our little piece of land.  1.7 acres of land to be exact!  With a little house.

We are very excited to start this next phase of turning this space into our own and making it HOME.  Truly it is A Country Life for Us!
